Another Befsr81 with old firmware appears to be the culprit for a customer losing internet connectivity every few days. I upgraded the firmware from
2.42.7.1 to
2.45.10 and moved all network cables to a 3Com switch that wasn't being utilized fully.
System is attached via cable modem.
Even if this happens again, they won't have to shut down the whole network to reset the router.
