First, add the users to the local administrators group. Next, open up the registry to the following key ..

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

look for the path in each profile, and set them the same. I like to pick the preferred path before hand so I know which ones to change.
