Ivans not working properly

Situation:
Ivans opens, but mentions it's databases are corrupt. Reinstalling doesn't fix anything and tech support can't help.

Fix:

  • Uninstall Ivans from Add/Remove Programs
  • Select the option to remove all user settings
  • reboot
  • Reinstall Ivans & reconfigure user settings (vpn, users, applications)

Hopefully, this is all you have to do. I had removed AVG prior to the reinstall to make sure it wasn't causing trouble during the install. Afterwards, AVG was reinstalled without causing any trouble.
