I happened across the following key while searching for 
"SYMTDI" in the registry:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\Dhcp]

After removing "SYMTDI" from the list, the "DependOnService" 
key on the right has the following values:
Tcpip
Afd
NetBT
