Windows XP Professional workstation with Internet Explorer crashing immediately when attempting to open. Install and run both Ad Aware (latest definition file) and SpyBot (with latest updates too). Couldn't download this Cleanup! utility from this website and continued to have intermittent IE crashes. Discover error referencing "mshp.dll" as well as links to porn sites replacing normal "page cannot be displayed" information page.

Download and run CWShredder from Merijin.org to locate and fix trouble.
