Don't use the Microsoft RAID driver on Windows Server 2003 !!

IBM has confirmed an issue between their RAID hardware and the Microsoft driver included on Windows Server 2003.

Use the latest driver downloaded directly from the IBM support website.

A "Bad Stripe" controller error is very bad to see on a freshly loaded server. IBM recommends deleting the array and setting up everything from scratch!
